Next week in Bridgetown our Live Well with Pain Lunch Club is back with the fantastic Louise Trewern. In these completely free sessions Louise will go into more details about the 10 footsteps of living well with pain; they are about moving away from traditional ways to cope with long-term pain and moving towards a new approach of self-management.
Then on Thursday it will be our last yoga session with Ruth Brooks. Even if you haven’t been able to make the other sessions you can still come along and enjoy a relaxing yoga session.
