I am writing this in advance and as I look out of the window (it is Tuesday for me) it is absolutely chucking it down. The last two days here has been torrential down pours and where I sit from my newly set up (thanks to my husband) home office in my bedroom I get a great view of the quarry face. After it rains the mist rises up like something from the Smokey Mountains; it is really beautiful.
But despite it being very beautiful I hope that it has cleared up by now and we can enjoy some more clear crisp Autumn days enjoying walks amongst the changing leaves and cosy evenings in tucked under a blanket reading a good book or my newsletter.
