We order products for the Social Supermarket from an incredible charity called In Kind Direct, they distribute industry donations to non-profit organisations; we have used them a number of times and it means that we can offer hygiene and household products in our offering by paying a fraction of what they would cost to buy at a shop.
It is amazing, as we would not normally be able to buy these products in the necessary quantities. In the coming weeks we will be offering toothpaste and brushes, household cleaning products and toilet rolls, as well as shower gels and hygiene products – all on top of your normal offering!
The Social Supermarket runs every Tuesday between 15:30-17:00 at Buckfastleigh Rangers Football and Social Club to get at least 10 items for a suggested donation of £3.50 (cash only). It is open to all in Buckfastleigh and surrounding villages
