Our free Live Well with Pain workshops with the incredibly supportive and experienced Louise Trewern have been so successful in Bridgetown that we have added more dates.
There is no need to book for these ones, just turn up. They will be continuing the work on the 10 foot steps of pain self-management that the sessions have already focused one.
