Live Well With Pain – Louise Trewern

On Saturday 26th November between 11am and 1pm Louise Trewern will be at the Living Room for a FREE Live Well With Pain event. It is for people living with pain as well as their carers to discover more about self-management of pain and how to prevent it affecting all aspects of your daily life, like it can inevitably do.

Living with persistent pain can affect all aspects of your life not just physically, but mentally, and emotionally. It can affect your sleep, your eating, your day-to-day routines and your relationships; things most would take for granted can become very difficult.

Whilst it is true that persistent pain cannot be ‘cured’ there are changes to your life that can be made that will make a positive impact. Learning how to do this is called self-management; this is what Louise will be focusing on. So, if you want to discover new ways to deal with the effects of pain on your life, learn new skills, and ‘take back control’ then as places are limited, please book your place by emailing rachel@bebuckfastleigh.co.uk.
