“Live Well With Pain” Weekly Wander Continues

We are delighted to be able to extend these fantastically supportive and brilliant sessions to help people living with pain to get active!

Once again they will be led by the amazing Louise Trewern who will support you and share with you the Ten Footsteps to help you on your journey to self-managing pain – all for free!

They will be continuing until Monday 4th September, meet at the Riverside Cafe as normal at 12:30 (except this coming Monday the 21st of August where the meet time is 14:00).
