Jenny Ubsdell is our local social prescriber and will be attending Little Lambs on Thursday 7th September to talk about how she can connect you to activities, groups, and services in the community whilst helping you with practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing.
Just come along to Little Lambs at St. Luke’s Church Hall between 10:00-12:00.
Our usual group will be running alongside. There will still be activities, snack for little ones and refreshments for the adults – ALL FREE!
