Bridgetown Be Active – Try Yoga!

Join the amazing Ruth Brooks for an all-inclusive, mixed ability yoga class. It is for complete beginners, for ‘rusty returners,’ and for all who, for a variety of reasons, are a bit nervous about giving Yoga a go. All ages are welcome, and also those with health or mobility limitations.

The emphasis will be on:

  • Building up muscle strength
  • Increased flexibility and mobility for ‘stiff’ joints
  • Balance
  • Confidence
  • Relaxation and general well-being
