“I am a qualified trained teacher, having gained my Diploma from the Wheel of Yoga, and have been teaching for 46 years. I have taught all levels, from beginners to advanced students, for 46 years, and beginners are my absolute favourites! From experience, I know that it is never too late to begin to practise the wonderful Art and Science of Yoga and to enjoy its many rewards”
