On Monday 6th November our FREE Boxercise with Becca classes will be starting in Bovey Tracey. They will run for 4 weeks and you do not need to book just come and have a go!
Whilst boxercise is based on training methods from boxing there is no contact involved. It is a fun, exciting form of exercise that will get you pumping. They will be running at Bovey Tracey Scout Hut and will be on between 14:00-15:00.
