Hello Summer Feedback
Thank you to everyone for their positive feedback about the Hello Summer programme. It really lifts the teams spirits to know how much you’ve enjoyed the activities and how it has benefitted you and your family.
Lots of people have asked how they can help, and there is a simple way you can really make a difference. We need you to drop us a message or email with feedback we can share with our funders.
Our funders want to hear from people who’ve benefitted from the project and we want to convince them to provide funding so we can continue. So, the best way you can help is to drop us a line in answer to these questions:
1. Tell us a bit about you and your families situation.
2. What does Hello Summer mean to you? How has it helped you and your family?
3. What would you do if Hello Summer stopped?
4. How have the free lunches helped your family?
5. What have you enjoyed most?
You can message the Facebook Page or email email@example.com with your answers and we will produce a summary to send to our funders.
We can keep your identity secret if you would like, or just use your first name, just let us know. The more we can talk our funders, the stronger our case for getting funding for the future.
Please do help us keep going. Thank you.
Bat-fastleigh is back! Celebrate our unique population of Greater Horseshoe Bats with bat themed craft at Hello Summer on Friday 27 August in Victoria Park. Then come see the bats emerge from 7.45pm on Saturday 28 August. You can even try count them as we go live with the Bat Conservation Trusts International Bat Day. Meet in Station Road car park at 7.45 – everyone welcome.
The summer timetable is out now – Click the picture left for a larger copy.
We are maintaining our covid protection measures but have increased the number of people allowed on site to 40. That still leaves plenty of room to maintain distance between swimmers and poolside.
Please note that we are NOT running a BOOKING SYSTEM – it is simply turn up and swim.
Changing rooms will remain out of use so please come swim ready. Our tuck shop is also staying closed for now and we ask customers to wear a mask in reception.
Watch this page for any timetable changes and the upcoming holiday timetable.
